Hey everyone!
My brother and I have successfully completed Phase 1, and have moved into Phase 2. Our second weigh in showed a loss of 10 total pounds for me and 13 total pounds for him!!
Since we have moved into the next Phase, we decided to take a trip to Trader Joe's for some whole wheat breads and such. We came across some sourdough bread that has cheese incorporated, and has 7 grams of protein per slice! And very delicious! We also got some whole wheat homemade tortillas, and something similar to triscuits to eat with our Laughing Cow cheese.
