Default Tapioca Flour?

Hi,
I have been searching and haven't found anything regarding tapioca flour. When I was doing Atkins, I ate Brazilian cheese bread that was really good and made with tapioca flour. Is that SBD legal? It seems like it would be okay....but not sure. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

As far as I know, tapicoa flour is a refined high starch product with a very high glycemic index. I don't think it would qualify.

I've never seen the flour listed but tapioca pudding is listed as Avoid in the South Beach Good Fats/Good Carbs book.
