Please Help!
Hi everyone,
I know I don’t post a lot but I do need your help……
Currently I am on Plan #3 without lites but I would like to try the lites and I have asked my doctor and he said I can try them and if they seem to bother me to immediately stop. With that being said, I do not want to ask the LA personnel, as I know they will than forever bug me to buy the bars. Now I have access to the bars but I do not know what I would need to get rid of in order to take them.
Plan # 3, which I am currently on without lites consists of:
3 proteins
4 starches
4 vegetable
3 fruit
2 dairy
2 fats
If I wanted to try the bars is it one a day or two and what do I need to reduce. Also is there a particular time of the day I would need to take them at or does it work best at a certain time?
I sill don’t know if I am actually going to go through with it but it may help change things for me???
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
