The protein sizes are smaller on blue than on red.
Blue is 2.5 proteins (1 protein = 3 oz cooked beef; 5 oz cooked chicken; 1/2C egg beaters; 4 oz cooked fish; 4 oz cooked turkey; 4 oz canned tuna; 1 veggie burger, 2T RF peanut butter
3 veggies
3 fruits
3 starches
1 dairy
1 fat
2 la lites
So Amy, with the protein size drop on blue, I am re-thinking my advice to you and I agree that you should try red with lites again like you are doing.
