I have not been active for couple of weeks, that's true... And usually I swim 3 times a week
and do cardio in the gym twice, so every weekday! I never knew that might be a factor in this case... Hmm, I was planning on going back to the gym tonight and now I am definitely going to go!
Other than not exercising - nothing has changed. Just adding the ControlTrim, which supposedly has a lot of fiber, too. Must be the lazying around then! I shall go on the elliptical tonight, 45 minutes on Hill Climb.
