I find this site and this support group very helpful.
A little info about myself. I'm 24 years old and I'm from the Philippines. I started my diet three weeks ago. I'm eating very healthy food and I exercise almost everyday. And I never exceed 1200 calories. So far I have only lost 2 lbs. Thank goodness I wasn't discouraged by this.
Please excuse my grammatical/spelling errors. I might annoy the grammar/spelling ****s.
