D: 2 Chicken Fajitas (no sauce, 2oz skim mozza)
S: 1 mini bag PopSmart Popcorn

E:
30 min Circuit (gym), 45 minute walking DVD (4mph)

L: Beef stew (I have like ½ a cup left) and a slice of wheat bread
D: I’m not sure I’m going groceries shopping today and I might just by a roasted chicken.
S: Again depends on dinner but I’ll definitely have string cheese and veggies.

WO: walking outside 40 minutes eventhough it is really cold
Water: 3 Liters
