Yay, I reached my first "body size" goal!

  • After struggling to get down from the 31 waist I finally did it I am now a 28 waist, and down to 132 pounds, now I only have 12 more pounds to go and I am SOOOOOO excited! Yay me!

    This week I am increasing my exercise and sticking to my diet. This is the first time in a long time that I have been able to stick to my diet for more than 1.5 weeks.

    My current regimen is:
    *Cardio 60 mins 7 days a week
    *No eating after 6pm
    *No sugar or candy
    *No red meat or pork, only chicken
    *No soda, only water

  • thanx i'm so excited...i know it isn't much but unlike most those first few pounds are the hardest for me cuz i can never stick to anything...im pumped for my exercises for the week...i want to lose atleast 7 pounds by Christmas

    i don't think i could sustain your routine - it is very regimented and i do like the odd steak . are you going to continue with this program once you reach your goal?
