I am now a 28 waist, and down to 132 pounds, now I only have 12 more pounds to go and I am SOOOOOO excited! Yay me! This week I am increasing my exercise and sticking to my diet. This is the first time in a long time that I have been able to stick to my diet for more than 1.5 weeks.
My current regimen is:
*Cardio 60 mins 7 days a week
*No eating after 6pm
*No sugar or candy
*No red meat or pork, only chicken
*No soda, only water
