Can I jump in on this December goal train!
Lets see...This month I want to meet first mini goals that I set last week of hitting the 15 pounds lost by my birthday (DEC 18)... Right now I'm at 9 total and be at 20 pounds total down by new years.
*keep sticking with tracking and measuring all of my food
*stick with the gym as often as I can get and getting alternative exercise on the days I can't (like getting up a 1/2 hour earlier to get some yoga in
*don't get run over and get off track on the inevitable December party days
*My Birthday
*The company Christmas party (entertainment industry goes all out)
*The day I finish my masters
*The Boston University Christmas party
more so than worrying about the food aspect as I'm getting that under control I worry about the alcohol aspect...it runs like water at these events!
*Getting my parents to eat healthy for the holidays...its just the 3 of us and I've already told them that I'm trying to get healthy, claimed the wooden cooking spoon so that I can keep it that way and told them that we can have a Christmas treat but no general crap munchies around the house....My mother agreed and my dad has been overruled!
Since my office is closed from 12/22-1/2 I'll be spending about 6 days with them up in Maine. since there is no gym up there and I expect it to be cold I will be packing comfy shoes and warm clothes and getting outside for exercise and fresh air!
