    L: Ham Sandwich made with real ham not lunch meat on wheat, veggies, and string cheese
    D: Ham and a sweet potato
    S: I’m not sure yet but I know there will be some

    WO: walking 40 minutes
    Water: 3 Liters

    B: Soy protein shake with nf milk, frozen strawberries and pineapple
    L: salad with carrots, garbonzo beans, red onion, tomato, 2 small slices of ham, sunflower seeds and ff italin dressing, 3 crackers, 1/2 orange
    s: 110 calorie Pria bar, apple and nf/sf vanilla latte
    D: probably soup
    After Gym: cup of bran flakes with nf milk

    H20 H20 H20 H20!!!

    S: 1 snack size container CR Yogurt
    L: 1 cup Chkn Ndl Soup w/ 2 slices Multigrain Bread w/ 2 tbsp ICBINB
    S: 4 oz Baby Carrots, 1 snack size FF Pudding
    D: 1 garden salad (2 cups romaine + fresh veggies) w/ CR Dressing, 1 cup 1% milk
    S: 1 bag mini SmartPop popcorn (1oz)

    W: 1500mL

    E: 45 min walking (4mph, vigorous), 30 min Pilates
