Wednesday Planning

  • B - 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1 hard boiled yolk w/ salt and pepper, 1 whole grain toast w/peanut butter, 1 glass V8 juice, 1 white coffee
    S - 2 fresh apricots, 1 glass green tea
    L - Sushi, miso soup
    S - Lite lemon jelly, 1 glass green tea
    D - 2-3 chicken teriyaki kebabs w/corn and brown rice
    S - 1/2 cup fresh pineapple

    Exercise - 30m yoga

    Lots and lots of water

  • I’m starting to try and eat real food. I don’t know if my plan will stay it’s going to depend on how I feel.

    B/L: Chicken Soup with Wheat Noodles
    S: Oyster Crackers
    D: Chicken Taco Salad
    S: IDK maybe an apple or something

    Water: 3L
    WO: either walking 20 or 40 minutes
  • B: 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 egg, 1 slice of toast
    L: ham sandwich, apple, string cheese
    L2: veggie burger on a bun
    990 cals so far. Not sure what dinner will be, but I have LOTS of room for improvisation. Packing in calories is tough.... But at least today my ratios are right so far (40% carb/30% prot/30% fat -- usually my carb count is too high).
