I think with Thanksgiving coming up for many of you and then Christmas around the corner - our goals will help us keep focussed.

- Move every day - and be glad I can
- Stay within my food alottment weekly (161 pts)
- Continue to focus on whole foods and fruit and vege
- Do my absolute best to finish strong in the Unstuff Me - Thanksgiving Challenge
- Complete 2 moon saluations back to back
- Make Christmas Cards and gifts
