  • C'mon girls! I have had a really good week this week and am now back on track with my meals.

    Let's keep it up - I have found posting here daily is a great enforcement.

    B - 1 hard boiled whole egg and 1 hard boiled egg white w/salt & pepper, 1 wholemeal toast w/vegemite, V8 Cleanse juice, white coffee
    S - Apple, green tea
    L - McD's Chicken Tandoori roll, small fries
    S - Lite jelly, green tea
    D - Porterhouse steak w/baked sweet potato and peas
    S - Fresh pineapple (and maybe some lite popcorn)

    Exercise - 60 minutes Yoga

    Yesterday wasn’t the greatest day but I stopped myself before going over my calorie allotment for the day.

    D-probably something from work (Ruby Tuesday) which is why my calorie count is so low.

    S: peach, almonds
    L: grilled tuna and squash, cabbage
    S: apple, yogurt
    D: tostados w/ ff refried beans, tomato, and avocado
  • B: plain oatameal with raisins
    S: apple
    L: tomato basil tuna, multigrain wheat thins, mixed greens
    S: carrot sticks
    D: Veggie stir-fry w/ udon noodles, peppers, brocolli, zucchini, and carrots
    S: 1/2 cup Special K Vanilla Almond
  • B: 1 egg, 2 slices turkey bacon
    L: 1.5 cup homemade lf chicken and corn chowder (SO good)
    S: 1c all-bran, 3/4 c 1% milk
    S: 2 dark chocolate hershey's kisses bestowed upon me by my boss
    D: probably burrito things... ww tortilla, ff refried beans, salsa, ff cheese... running low on veggies here... hmm... maybe mushrooms too...
  • I decided to go with a grilled chicken pita with grilled veggies for lunch instead of pizza (I think it was a much better choice). And I decided to make vegtable soup to have with dinner instead of rice and beans.
  • B: egg salad sandwich
    L: more egg salad w/ lettuce, spinach, mushrooms, and salad spritzers (I'm really craving egg salad for some reaason)
    S: rasins
    D:turkey and cheese salad
    64 oz water(gag)
