Cardio Goal For A Month
My goal is to try to reach 1500 minutes of cardio by the end of the month..I figure 60 minutes a day I can do it.

You should join the October Fitness Challenge!! It's posted as a sticky at the top of the 20-somethings board. We each select a goal and then post our minutes as the month goes along. Check it out! :)
