If forced to pick any exercise, I would say it's a toss-up between Tae Bo and Walk Away the Pounds.

It's a tie between elliptical and strength training. I wouldn't normally think strength training while I'm doing it, but I always feel so great once I've finished.

I like the idea of running... I love watching people do it. However, I can't name it as favorite since I've never successfully done it. Otherwise, I love rowing, either for real or on the machine. It's fun. I HATE stationary biking, if this were a 'what exercise do you hate' thread!

Martial Arts, weightlifting, running, horseriding, hiking, cycling, dancing (esp tap dancing), trampolining, inline skating, ice skating, er...
Things I'd love to try/do more of... pole vaulting (yes really!), skiing, gymnastics, climbing/abseiling, too many to list! |
My favorite of all time has got to be running. I love the way it makes me feel such a sense of accomplishment and it actually transforms my body pretty well. It is hard to keep up with though!

Biking and swimming.................if I HAVE to be inside (usually due to time or weather) then I have to say the elliptical.
