I was just curious about the main ingredient, Senna.

Anyone have any comments on this?

Senna, when taken daily, or for long periods of time can cause intestinal problems. I was having constipation problems, and my doc told me that if it got really bad, to take Senna, but not as a daily thing. It can be harmful.

Actually, if I have just about a half cup of it it helps to *ahem* clear out my system fairly well (but not excessivley).
