The Sugar Solution
 

Has anyone heard of this program? There was a thing about it on MSN today... and I was reading it. http://health.msn.com/centers/diabet...ntid=100144872 I might give it a try, as my hubby is a diabetic, and needs to seriously cut back on his sugar intake.

that is really good to know because I been battling with headaches and dizziness and went to the dr and all and they gave me pills but then I read somewhere about cutting out sugar , yeast, caffeine so I did and now I don't have headaches anymore but I really watch my sugar content in foods and notice right away if I eat wrong then I notice those symptons come back.
