The biggest struggle I have been having is my sweet tooth. I try really hard not to have sugar or junk food but lately I have been having cravings. I try not to buy any junk food when I go to the store which eliminates some of it but sometimes you just want that large brownie. One thing I have been taking an apple slicing it and sprinkling splenda and cinnamon over top. It works but I am wodering what other things people do?

Especially if it can be heated in the oven and... yumm.
You can also do the same with bananas - a baked banana is a favourite dessert with a blob of cool whip perhaps or something.
