This turkey is getting unstuffed
 

I am picturing removing little pieces of stuffing from my belly and my back and my buns when I drink water or eat healthy foods or exercise.

First week into the new plan (south beach), and I have lost 3 pounds. My roomie is doing it with me, and she's lost 2.

Who else is with me?

my favorite weight-loss image is going to the grocery store and picking up a tub of butter, which usually comes in 1lb increments..... And I stand there and think, this is what I just melted off my body!

But I can't do that long, as contemplating the butter aisle is generally frowned upon by other patrons of the grocery store :lol:

I'm also a reforming butterolic. I love to spread it on bread and pastries, etc. Too many calories, though.
