We used to do this on here on 20 somethings...I realized the other day, that we don't do it anymore. I found it to be something I looked forward to, it was a great motivator when I did lose or didn't


For this week, I didn't gain, and I didn't lose...it's tom's fault.

you report in whenever....you know, everyone has their day that they usually step on the scale...

I just thought to post it today, so I guess I'll keep posting it on Friday, but if anyone else wants to start it each week at the beginning of the week, that's fine too

I still weigh the same that I have for the past 4 months....117Lb's! GRRRRRRRRRR!!! Anyone know a way to boost or move past this platue (sp?)??? I could really use some help!
