I am on the second day too. I am having the caffeine headache too, but my person at the COD told me to just cut back to half the amount I usually had of the sodas. However, the girl today said unless it's diet to get off it completely. I know it sucks, and you feel like @#%$&* but DON'T quit! We can stick it out together, and when the yucky withdrawels are over, we're gonna feel so great and we'll be eating healthy and feeling good, and getting thin.... We can do it!! I have 98 pounds to go, which I consider "a lot", but if yours is more, don't panic there are plenty of girls here with big goals, and they are doing it! Just keep browsing around and look at their weight loss tickers when they sign their message. They are getting it done!
