Hello everyone! I've decided today that it is finally time to lose weight. I'm so excited to find this site for support! I'm 24.5 and go to college full time and work full time, so finding time for healthy eating AND exercise has been an issue but I am determined.

Hello ... I'm a current full time student and I work full time too ... and any thing extra can seem hard ... especially new and healthy lifestyle changes ... but it can be done ... This site is very helpful ... once you see some of these Before and Afters around here ... You'll be truly motivated ... I was ... and still am ... I wish you much success ... We all come from different regions, backgrounds, lifestyles ... but we all have ONE goal ... healthy weight lost, and maintenance! I think you've come to the right place!
