New to 20Somethings
 

Hey all!

I'm new to this thread, but not new to 3fatchicks. It's great that everyone is facing similar problems at the same age.

Weight loss has been a lifelong struggle for me. But I'm gonna do it, as I have to fit into this really hideous bridesmaid dress by the end of July, and am then moving overseas. I don't want to be identified as the "fat American", so I'm gonna do it! :carrot:

Hope everyone is feeling as motivated as I am right now, cause we can do it!

Moving to Italy
 

I'm moving to Italy, land of fabulous food, men and of course, PASTA! I am addicted to carbs, so it will be tough, but I can do it. There are a lot of healthy alternatives to past there, although not as good. Everything in moderation, right??

misstraveller - I lived in Europe half my life, i was born there... and trust me... it might be pasta but the food is good food and the portions aren't outrageous as here in the states.
