A monthly problem
Does anyone else out there get feeling sick and bloated during their time of month, making it hard to even meet the calorie goal? As people are so kind :dizzy: and keep reminding us, it is important to reach the minimum calorie goal, so how do people deal with it? types of food and such, and any medication that makes it better. any help would be appreciated!

I have the opposite problem, I tend to be hungrier! If you have trouble with quantity, up the caloric content of the foods you can eat. Peanut butter, avocado, olive oil are all great foods with powerful nutritional benefit and a high calorie count.
