:sigh:
Ok, were living with my parents, were working on buying a new house. So much is always going on. Every time I get on the right track, something throws me off. I had two good weeks, and lost 5 lbs, now I haven't done anything (workout wise) in over a week. It's so discouraging. My high school best friend who lives 4hrs away has lost 21lbs. Why is this so hard for me. To answer myself... one thing is a happy marriage. My husband and I are so secure in our relationship that it makes it easy to forget that I need to lose 25lbs. (he needs to lose about that much too). So it's easy to lose track.
BUt there is a light at the end of this tunnel. As soon as we get to move in and get settled in our new home, I should be able to get my self strait :sigh: I know that I'm rattling, but I'm really bummed. |
Hi, keep your eye on the light!! You will get thru this. Sometimes we just can't do something for a while....whether it be eat right or exercise or whatever!! Know that this too shall pass!! Take a deep breath and go for a quick walk!! It will energize you and you will feel so much better!! Misty

That is just what I need to do. I think I will lay out my "sweats" next to my bed so I will be dressed to work out. Then I'll take my girl to the park for a few laps. I just wanna find that enthusiasm I felt 3 weeks ago. That is the only problem with monthly goals. when it seems like you aren't' gonna make it half way through the month, I just wanna give up. Thanks for the encouragement. It means so much.
