Instead of resisting
 
temptation this morning, I give in to the Wonderful leftover Stuffed crust meat lover's pizza we had for dinner last night. OOOHHH It was soooooo goood but i REALLY shouldn't have!! I'm gonna have to be super good the rest of the day now. I can't believe i gave in. AAAHH! Ok, there, i'm over it..for now..

:lol: Sometimes you just have to give in and eat it! A few nights ago I had a piece of cake and afterward felt like CRAP for eating it. :o

The next day I weighed myself and still lost a pound! So I was pleased. And now the last couple days ive worked even harder.

Dont get too down on yourself :hug: You gotta give in sometimes :)

I gave into pizza yesterday :lol: So I definately understand the initial feeling of being let down! As someone said to me, at least you enjoyed it! All too often we give into things and we don't even enjoy them! And you're doing the right thing by gettting right back on track!! Being bad once in awhile never killed anyone :)

I did enjoy it. LOL I suppose you guys are right, it's not gonna kill me..this once.. Thanks for the reminder, that it's ok every once in awhile. I've been so caught up in 'eating well' and healthy i forgot that sometimes it's ok.

I think it's especially easy to beat ourselve up! But you made a very difficult choice and you decided to carry on, not give up! (All too often we give up instead!) So be proud of that!

OMG! I'm so glad.....my fiance ordered pizza last night too!!! I had three slices :( :( :( But it's okay! Today I'm gonna make up for it! But I'm glad that you guys did too! Damn pizza ;) Good luck guys!

IrishCowgirl, Pizza is my BIGGEST vice!! I used to eat pizza 4 or 5 times a week!! So it's really tough for me to resist it!!

I had a GREAT breakfast this morning. A huge piece of Chocolate cake w/fudge icing. Yup, that is right. Yes, I regreted it afterward, but it was delicious while I ate it! It is a good thing I don't eat cake every day for breakfast. LOL.

You know....we'd all go totally insane if we didn't cheat a few times! You know??? Whether it be chocolate, chocolate cake (YUM), or pizza (AGAIN w/ the YUM!)! The only thing that matters is that we stick to it....and not give up just because we did this one thing! So good job ladies...and I'm soooo glad that I'm not the only one!!!!!

Omg i want pizza.. Im so pissed, DH got pizza at work the other day with friends. He ate a whole thing of buffalo chicken kickers and half a pizza. Im like "you *****! and you didnt even bring me any!" but we bought a thin crust freschetta pizza to do for dinner one of these nights.. Maybe that will get rid of my pizza craving.. although i havent been eating ver good the last few days.. Damn PMS lol. Ill just blame it on that. And were going to a friends for a cookout tonight and i know that I will prob be eating really badly there. Oh well. I agree tho, we WOULD go crazy if it wasnt for cheating every so often!!

Okay guys......I'm dealing w/ the whole PMS thing too...maybe that's why I REALLY thought that if I did'nt have a piece of chocolate.....I'd die :)

I don't think there is anything wrong with having pizza or chocolate or something else once in a while. :) Everyone needs and deserves to treat themselves to something they like. The key is not to over-indulge, and not to make it several treat days in a row!
