Whenever im having a bad day, i post something in here and i have so many people telling me not to give up and that i can do it! More support than i ever could have asked for! This forum is great. I would have given up on my diet by now if it wasnt for these ladies!

Welcome, my husbands family is from Alabama...huntsville I think. This site is great, it really does give you the extra kick in the pants to workout and eat right, yet also allows you some sistas to complain to when things just aren't going the way they should

Stephnie, Our husbands are probably cousins, It seems that he's related to everyone in North Alabama. Thats why he had to marry a Missouri Girl. :)
