I am so happy!

Today was my weigh and measure day, and while I lost 3 pounds (yay), I did not lose much in the way of inches. I was kinda bummed out about that all day at work, but when I compared this month's numbers to June's numbers (when I officially began losing weight for real), I realized I have lost only ten pounds, but 4.75 inches off my waist! I am so happy about this! I think I will celebrate by starting a running plan this weekend. :carrot:
