Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this site. I am once again trying to lose weight.
My goal is to shed about 45 pounds and would like to lose 25 before the end of summer. Nice Goal. I put on this weight about 5 years ago and it has been hard to get rid of it. I always manage to lose about 15lbs. but then slip back into my old habits.
I hope that this site will be some help to me and I could be some help to someone also.
