Hey!
I have a few questions. . . #1. Has anyone here lost a 100 lbs or more, if so, did you have problems with excessive skin, especially being young? #2. What did/do you do for weight loss? #3. Do you exercise, what type of exercise do you do? #4. Anyone have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome)? |

hehee - I'm up about 30-40 lbs., so the skin is filled out pretty well right now! :) Some people say their problems go away after several years, some need surgery to correct. It's different for everyone.

I have lost 88lbs and don't have any excess skin problems so far. To lose weight I have just been eating with more wisdom and less volume. I trrrryyyy to exercise and on average (over the course of a year) I probably exercise for 45 min a week. But I am trying to increase that (some weeks I am gung-ho and others I am just too lazy to do anything...).

I've only just started my weight loss journey so I don't know about the excessive skin, but I do have PCOS. I was diagnosed last summer. There is a PCOS/Insulin Resistance forum under dieting with obstacles that has some helpful info and can be a good place to vent frustrations - it doesnt' seem terribly active to me, though.
