What do you want?
What would you girls like to see other than the monthly Challenge?
I know last month some of you participated in Food Accountability, and also the Points Challege. Food Accountability A place to log in your food intake. [view last months Food Accountability for an example] The Points Challenge Here's how the Points Challenge (designed by Sandi of the 100 lb. Club) Works: Every day, starting Dec. 1 and going until Dec. 31, you have the chance to earn 4 points doing the things we all know help with weight loss: food, exercise, and water. You get 2 points for following your own personal plan for food, 1 point for getting in your planned exercise, and 1 point for drinking the amount of water you've set as your goal. That means that a total of 124 points are possible for the month of December. [view last months points challenge for an example] Do any of you want those back? I liked the "Food Accountability"threads. Where is the one for January so I can post how I've been eating like a mad woman since the beginning of the new year?!? :o

I like both of those.
What would you think about some sort of "mental" check in daily? Something where we can rate how we dealt with the day emotionally etc. We could maybe have a rating system like 1-5 or something and maybe write one hard thing that happened for the day and one accomplishment for the day (like non scale victory type of thing). I know that at this point in my weight loss journey it's all mental and I need some extra help. Who knows. |
I like both of those as well..either or both would be a great idea!
