Hmm..food journal seems like a good idea, although today wasn't exactly low cal for me - I'm not officially counting calories, but I think some accountability in the food department might do me good:

Breakfast
1/2 c. Kozy Shack Rice Pudding European Style (140 cal)
1c. tea w/sweet'n'lo and lemon

Lunch
Ham sandwich on wholegrain bread w/mayo and mustard
1c. Campbells Select Butternut Squash Soup (90)

Dinner...not planned and at a restaraunt
cheese fries w/3tsp sourcream/ranch sauce
steamed broccoli and cauliflower
1/2 portion mashed potatoes
1/2 portion steak portabello (steak, mushrooms, creamysauce)

1/3 slice of cheesecake w/cherry sauce

Snack: jello pudding cup.

I think that considering the events of my day I actually did well at the restaraount tonight - I didn't stress eat and I didn't overeat, but I enjoyed my indulgent dinner very much, and I will be on plan tomorrow because I don't feel tonight like I have fallen off of the wagon.

lunch: 2 slices of multi grain bread, tuna with low fat mayo, and two slices of low fat cheese
3 small pickles
handfull of baked tortilla chips

dinner :chicken curry with brown rice, one piece of naan, and some daal (It's a lentil thing)

snack: One banana
2 whole wheat crackers

Leftover 1/2 portion steak portabello and 1/2 portion mashed potatoes
McDonald's grilled chicken club sandwich with no mayo and 1/2 of cheese - I did spread about 1tsp honey mustard on it, though.
Smart Ones frozen dinner - ravioli w/spinach marinara
Nabisco Thin Crisps Oreo Flavor (100 calorie pack)
1 french fry (snagged from boyfriend's value meal)
Diet Pepsi
Water (80 oz)

Exercise - nope.

mushroom & barley soup (vegan!)

100 calorie thin crisp pack
1 c. milk

spaghetti w/roasted onion&garlic alfredo sauce (made w/olive oil, 1% milk, and a teensy bit of real parmesan cheese, not the nasty crap from a can!)

final snacklet: either another 100 cal pack/milk combo or a ww icecream sandwich or a cup of rich chocolatey ovaltine - I'm still undecided

2c. hot tea w/lemon and sweet n' lo
80 oz. water
