Hmm..food journal seems like a good idea, although today wasn't exactly low cal for me - I'm not officially counting calories, but I think some accountability in the food department might do me good:
Breakfast
1/2 c. Kozy Shack Rice Pudding European Style (140 cal)
1c. tea w/sweet'n'lo and lemon
Lunch
Ham sandwich on wholegrain bread w/mayo and mustard
1c. Campbells Select Butternut Squash Soup (90)
Dinner...not planned and at a restaraunt
cheese fries w/3tsp sourcream/ranch sauce
steamed broccoli and cauliflower
1/2 portion mashed potatoes
1/2 portion steak portabello (steak, mushrooms, creamysauce)
1/3 slice of cheesecake w/cherry sauce
Snack: jello pudding cup.
I think that considering the events of my day I actually did well at the restaraount tonight - I didn't stress eat and I didn't overeat, but I enjoyed my indulgent dinner very much, and I will be on plan tomorrow because I don't feel tonight like I have fallen off of the wagon.
