Woohoo! After 2 months of not getting there, I finally met my goal!!! And I lost 2 lbs this month. Coincidence? I think not! I had a little trouble the week I was traveling for work, especially getting in my weights/strength workout. Next time I'm traveling I'll come up with a better plan of attack ahead of time.

trnsfrmnreplace, thanks for the tip. Duh, Megan.

Ladies

I hope you don't mind me jumping in so late in the game, but it will be a good prelude to what I have in store for my body in Feb.

Since there is only one week left in the month I am going for 200 mins.

January 24 - strength training (whole body) 45min
January 25 - brisk walk 40 mins
January 26 - strength training (whole body) 40min - HOLY MOLY!
January 27 - nil
January 28 - nil
January 29 - 60 mins vigorous gardening - weighed in today an i am 1kg down - woo hoo!
January 30 - Nil
January 31 - brisk walk 35 mins

Total * Cardio 135/60 | Flexibilty 0/30 | Strength 85/140

GOAL ACHIEVED
Total * Minutes 220/200 - over by 20 mins (but i need to focus on the strength and flexibility, not just cardio in Feb)

lateralus98 - Don't get down, I didn't either, as long as you got some exercise in that is good enough.

lateralus, just because you didn't meet your goal, didn't having it motivate you to get moving? being healthy/in-shape is hard. if it was easy, everyone would do it! focus on the 69 pounds you've lost. what an amazing achievement! hats off to you.

I didn't meet mine either, it really didn't help that I took off the whole first week of January ( must remember not to do that in Feb) hee, hee

Great job everyone, let's keep moving in Feb!
