TBJ333- I feel great! My pants are a little too big! I'm super motivated to keep going!
After getting out of the shower I yelled for my hubby to come up and take a look! (silly, right?) I was like "Look! Look! Can you tell?" He said I looked great. He's been so supportive and understanding of my need to do this for myself!
As for other's noticing? Most of the people I see. see me too often to notice a smaller change like that. When we go on vacation in 2 weeks to AZ to visit friends and family who havn't seen me in a while, I'm hoping they will notice and say something!
I didn't do anything to reward myself, except go to the gym. Yup, that's my reward! More hard work!
