How is everyone doing today? Burning the Calories??

I was going to meet a girl at yoga this morning at 10, and she called me at 9 to tell me she didn't feel like going. I told her I was going to go back to bed, and I was planning on it...but laying there made me realize I should go, because if I skip one day of working out (that isn't a scheduled day off) then 1 might turn into 20 like it has in the past. So I went! 1 hr of yoga. Go me haha

I'm actually going to take a study break and go running at the YMCA track. If I can drive through the 90 feet of unplowed snow we are getting...snow is not a motivator for me ugh!
