Hello Everyone.
I wanted to introduce myself. I am 25 and trying to loose some weight for policing. I have passed all the tests, just waiting for them to complete my background investigation. I would like to loose some weight before I have to go into training.
I am currently food combining and eating about 1900cals per day. I also exercise regularily but I am seeing no change.
I am so happy there is a group where I can get advice and some support.

christine! I commend you on wanting to become a police officer!!! I really think that is a brave job
My friends hubby just became a police officer in San Francisco, his life long dream. He's loving it so far. Hopefully you can get the support from us chickies that you need so you can be fit and ready to go for training!
