Sorry to hear about your gain Some might just be water/salt weight though. It will probably come off easy.
On Monday I was at 219, the same as last Monday. But tonight I was 216.5. Hehe I found out I was actually eating too LITTLE. This week I increased my calories and exercise and whodathunkit...I LOST!

I was 162.5 this morning (my official weigh in day). I was slightly amazed because as of Monday morning after the huge eating from Thursday to Sunday I had gained several pounds! But I made it back down, plus another 1/2 pound! Good lord, I don't know how I did it. If I keep it clean and steadily workout until next Thursday I might have a big loss (big being 3 pounds or 2 even).

Wow! I actually broke my plateau. I guess adding the morning exercise and weights has really helped me. I was up to 153 at one time last week (It was my time of the month though) and I'm down to 148.75 pounds as of today. Even though it was a lot of water weight, it is SO exciting to get below 150 this week! I was so worried that it wouldn't be possible to meet my Christmas goal and now it is! Yay!

Have a good week ladies!

Congrats, ladies! Those are some great losses!

Unfortunately, I had the holiday gain, too. I am up four pounds to 174 now. I think we're destined to always be the same weight, Spill!

Congrats to everybody who lost weight over the holiday and to those who gained: get right back on track! We're all here to support you if you need it.

My weigh-in was on Monday and I lost 6.6 lbs last week (I know, most of it was water), bringing me down to 175.4 lbs. Can't wait until this coming Monday so I can see how much weight I've lost during the first two weeks of my lifestyle change/weightloss journey.

I really was out of control last week with overeating and no excerise. I weighed myself Tuesday and had only gained a pound. But I'm having a hard time getting all the way back on track. I'm back to working out and drinking tons of water but my fat intake is higher than it has been in a few weeks. I think I just need to get some good food choices in the house so I'll go food shopping this weekend. Congrats to all those who lost and for those of you who are getting back on track like me. We are only human!

I am also up four pounds! That must be the magic number this week. I did sooo good on Thanksgiving, it was Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday that killed me. We were visiting Family, so of course we ate out A LOT! Plus I did not get to do my normal workouts.

I thought I would do good this week, lose it all, but I am having a horrible week. My "friend" is coming and it is making me crazy this month!

Don't think I will be making my Christmas goal at this rate, but I will try to get as close as I can.

Great job on the losses ladies! And those of you who gained, don't worry about it! It's probably mostly water retention from all the salty food. This is a new month!

I actually weighed in at 129 this morning. I'm starting to think that maybe I have a tapeworm or something, because I really don't understand what's going on! Maybe all this end-of-semester stress is actually making me lose even more.

Paperclippy!!! 129 OH WOW!

I am down another pound this morning. I think I am still losing water weight from all the sodium filled food over the 4 day weekend, but YAY anyway.

I'm not sure how to get out of this funk. I think all i need is more cardio this month.

Maybe YOU on the other hand need to stop for a few days and it might just kick you out of the plateau. hehehe.
