I haven't seen a lot of pics on these boards over here in 20 something land, and I would love to see everyone, if you have any pics.

Before = 185 (too chicken to take pics at the very begining)! The other is yesterday at 163.5! I have side and back views too, but these show it ok I guess.

Can't wait to see yours!

Lockitup - You look great. I can definitely tell the difference in your face and middle.

Christy - You look great too. Your face is so much smaller, looks like you lost more than 30 pounds.

I have just started my weight loss journey, so I don't have any progress pics yet...I'll probably post some when I am in the 140's....I've never been below 157 lbs at my current height, so I have no clue what anything less than that will look like!

Yep, I totally agree, Jilly. Fat ages our body beyond our years, on the inside as well as the outside.

Thanks guys! I don't see that much difference when I look in the mirror but I can definitely tell a difference in these pics now that I've looked at them together...

Thanks! Oh my goodness yes I have TONS more energy!! I just feel better all around...I can't even imagine how great it will be when I hit goal! I used to not be able to jog even 10 steps and just a little while ago I jogged about 100 yards from the neighbor's house with no problems. :) It's totally amazing!

hey guys this is me sorry about the quality of the pics. before is the one in the pink shirt, weight was 310 (Aug 4th 2004) and in the black i am currently 241 in that pic (Nov 23rd 2005).
But i dont look like i lost weight? I feel like i am working hard for nothing cuz i dont see the results..Give me any type of suggestions or anything to help me out here. :) i think the only thing that looks good now is my butt is alot smaller than it was.

HW: 310- Size: 26w/28w shirt and pants
CW: 241- Size: 18w/20w shirts 20w/22w pants
