Default Happy Thanksgiving
Just wanted to wish everyone a great Thanksgiving. I will be traveling tomorrow so I will not be online. I heard a few tips, that will help you not overeat, over the past few days that I wanted to share. One is to eat a salad or some fruit, or drink plenty of water shortly before you sit down for your meal. Also, wear something tight fitting. DO NOT WEAR ELASTIC WAISTBAND PANTS! Also, I found a calorie counter which is kind of neat. Check it out only if you really want to know the calories you will be taking in.

Remember though it is just one day! Just go for a walk after dinner. And don't go back for seconds!

Ah, the old elastic waistband. LOL. Thankfully, I wont be participating in thanksgiving this year...but Christmas is right around the corner and those are good tips.
I hope everyone has a great time and doesn't overdo it...too much!
