I'm just getting started, so my goal will be 300 minutes. That's about 10 a day.... I'll work up to more in December!

My goal is 100 miles (running/jogging) and 15 weight se
ssions:

November 01 - 0 (haha...tuesday is my off day)
November 02 -3.2 miles/ 1 weight session ( total=60 min)
November 03 -5 miles/ yoga (total= 90 min)
November 04 -4 miles/ 1 weight session (total=75 min)
November 05 -4 miles/yoga/5 mile hike (total=90 min for workout, about 120 min hours for the hike)
November 06 -5 miles (65 min)
November 07 -4 miles/bike (total 90 min)
November 08 -OFF
November 09 -3.2 miles/1 weight session (total=70 min)
November 10 -6 miles (ouch)/ yoga (feel sooo much better) (total=100 min)
November 11 -4 miles/1 weight session (total=100 min)
November 12 -5 miles (60 min)
November 13 - 4 miles/ 1 weight session (total=100 min)
November 14 -5 miles/ yoga (total= 90 min)
November 15 -OFF
November 16 -3 miles/1 weight session (60 min)
November 17 -6 miles (managed it in only 68 min ) YAY!..this is fast for me

Ok I am just starting to workout after having Kena, and dealing with her medical problems. So I will shoot for 600 minutes of exercise. I am breastfeeding so I am not limiting my calorie intake yet.

I'm jumping on the threat a little late but I've been exercising, see! I met 1500 min + last month so I'll shoot for 1600 this month. That includes cardio 5x/wk, weights/strength 2-3x/wk. I'd like to meet my Thanksgiving goal and lose this last 5 pounds but my body doesn't seem to want to take off that weight right now...

Nov. 1 - walked 30 min, weights/strength 45 min = 75 min
2 - ran 14 min, walked 45 min. = 59 min
3 - ran 18 min, walked 70 min, w/s 40 min = 128 min.
4 - ran 27 min, walked 18 min, biked 40 min = 85 min
5 - 0
6 - ran 27 min, walked 18 min, w/s 50 min = 95 min

Total so far: 442/1600 min.
