November 02 -3.2 miles/ 1 weight session ( total=60 min)
November 03 -5 miles/ yoga (total= 90 min)
November 04 -4 miles/ 1 weight session (total=75 min)
November 05 -4 miles/yoga/5 mile hike (total=90 min for workout, about 120 min hours for the hike)
November 06 -5 miles (65 min)
November 07 -4 miles/bike (total 90 min)
November 08 -OFF
November 09 -3.2 miles/1 weight session (total=70 min)
November 10 -6 miles (ouch)/ yoga (feel sooo much better) (total=100 min)
November 11 -4 miles/1 weight session (total=100 min)
November 12 -5 miles (60 min)
November 13 - 4 miles/ 1 weight session (total=100 min)
November 14 -5 miles/ yoga (total= 90 min)
November 15 -OFF
November 16 -3 miles/1 weight session (60 min)
November 17 -6 miles (managed it in only 68 min
) YAY!..this is fast for me
November 18 -4 miles/1 weight session (total-75 min)
November 19 -4 miles/yoga (total=90 min)
November 20 -7 miles/yoga (total=120 min)
November 21 -3.5 miles/1 weight session (total=85 min)
November 22 -OFF
November 23 -Actually still running just not able to update (ok so today I did 4 miles...that was all

November 25 -4 miles/1 weight session (total= 75 min)
November 26 -8 miles (total=110 min....i can't believe i managed this)
November 27 -4 miles/1 weight session (total=75 min)
November 28 - UGH nothing overslept (all well....might not make goal, but i am closer than I thought)
November 29 -suppose to be off...but i did 3 miles/1 weight session (total=75 min)
November 30 -7 miles (total=120 min)...slow....
