Hey, last month I was pretty close to meeting my challenge, 1350 or something so I"m going to shoot for the same and try and make it this time, 1500 is the challenge. I didn't realise how much that really was until I tried. Good job to everyeone who made their goal, and anyone that can keep up their plan goal or not.

OK, This month I am just going for 1500 minutes of cardio and 360 minutes of strength training. I'm still sick so that's why I'm lowering my minutes this month.
UPDATE: Ok, today is the 12th and it's the first day this month I'm exercising! AH! I've been consistently exercising since March and now look at me! DUMB illness got me out of my routine. I am BACK and ready for action. I'm going to change my minutes to 1000 (cardio and weights) and see how I do....

Alright, so October was good, even though I didn't post for like the last two weeks, I didn't make my goal of 1000, so I'll stick to that again. Seriously. How do you people find time to do so many minutes of exercise?! I admire you all! I only dropped 1 lb last month, but I know I gained muscle, and my clothes are fitting better, so I'm not upset. I'll post my food goals on our new food accountability thread.
