Weekly Exercise Log 8/29 - 9/4

Another week, let's keep it up!! We can do it!!

Monday:
jogged 35 minutes (including a short stop to tie my shoes!), 2.6 miles

I think I might need to get new running shoes, I'm getting blisters from the arch supports lately.

spillthebeans 08-29-2005 01:12 PM

Papperclippy, I hear ya! I'm ready to get a new pair also, with the ones I have now, I just don't feel like I have support anymore, and this is because I've had these for almost a year now! whoopsy! Time for new shoes!!!

I set my alarm for 5:45am to get up and go to spin class. Didn't happen for me. I start school tonight, so not sure if I will get out early or not, but if I do, I plan to hit the treadmill.

*Amanda stares off blankly into the distance as the rest of the herd disappears into the far off expanse of the setting sun, leaving nothing behind but water bottles and protein bar wrappers. Amanda quietly studies one of the wrappers..."mmm...chocolate flavored", she murmurs whilest wiping drool fom the corner of her mouth. She lays down in the grass looking up at the darkening sky...content...knowing her pack will return with wonderful stories of their adventures, and harrowing tales of their triumphs. Amanda sits up slightly, leaning on her elbow for support. She considers following the rest of the herd on their healthy excursion, but alas...her stomach is busy trying to figure out what to do with the fried chicken salad she grazed on for dinner. Instead, Amanda leans back and waits..."they'll be back soon", she tells herself, as she closes her eyes and listens, who is that approaching?

Amanda

Quote from Amanda - "who is that approaching?"

It is Bandie, who has journeyed to the cyberworld of the underaged husky chicken trio to report her meagre success in Tuesday's quest for health and activity, accomplishing:

15 minutes of running
and
35 minutes of circuit training.

*executes a bow to Amanda for the extremely amusing narrative in the previous post!*
