Is it this bad or wrong???......
Ok, Im a little disappointed in myself, went to taco bell :devil: hopeing to do well, and well I had a bean burito and a spicy chicken soft taco, which all in all I have reached my calories for the day.... right around 1200 -1300 ... maybe even 1400 the MAX!!! EEEKKK!! :( :mad: so can I just not eat for the rest of the day?? Is it that bad?? Its only 3 pm.. I 'll contine to drink water... all day / night. BUT I CANNOT GO OVER CALS TODAY! I only did cardio this morning, so I gave myself a lil leeway, 1400 cals... I know rambling... any one know if this is ok??? :?: :?:

I would recommend you eat a small dinner, some veggies and a little chicken or something. That way you aren't starving by tomorrow and you won't have gone too far over your calories.
Basically.. just dont freak out!!!! One slip up meal won't hurt you. |
Yes yes don't starve yourself. Some vegetables and protein are a MUST. It's more important that you practice mentally and physically healthy habits -- which means eating regular meals -- than worry about being over a few hundred calories for a single day. If you skip food the rest of the day, you are not only perpetuating a binge/purge mentality, but you're setting yourself up to overeat tomorrow.

Yes. EAT! Eating is good. Besides, if you don't eat, the body will go into a state of hibernation and not burn much. Now, I don't know if this is true for like a day, but still! Your allowed to go over once and a while... =x
