  • Let's go, ladies!

    Monday:
    ran 5K, didn't time it but probably about 40 minutes
  • Monday
    10 min eliptical trainer
    35 minutes abs and upper body weights
  • Monday:
    20 min elliptical
    30 min upper body weights
    30 min abs
    after work: 2.9 miles running, 4 miles walking
  • Monday:
    38min arc trainer
    Upperbody strength training
  • Monday-70 minutes bike
  • Monday 10 mins eliptical,5 mins bike, 6 mins treadmill..crunches,stick, and intense upper body weights
  • MOn: ab class 15 min, kickboxing 1 hr.
  • Tuesday:
    My double cardio day..
    -20! min jog (4.5)
    -10 min walk (3.5)
    -16 min bike
    -30 min arc trainer
  • Is it better to do 60 minutes on the eliptical or to break it up and do 30 on the eliptical and 30 on a bicycle???
  • Tuesday:
    1 hour circuit training class
    walked home, 1 mile

    Latte, I think it depends what you are going for. If you just want 60 minutes of cardio, it doesn't really matter. If you want to work a wider variety of muscles, I'd say break it up (or do elliptical one day, bike the next, etc).
  • finally i can add to this list - as last week was such a tremendous failure - but as i promised myself, getting back on the bandwagon

    1 hour lap swim

    40? lap swim (till I got kicked out of the 50m pool)
    20-25? abs
  • Tuesday:
    2-mile walk at 4.2 mph
    20 min. of upper-body weights
  • Tuesday-65 minutes bike
  • Tuesday:
    2.25 miles running treadmill, .75 miles walking
    25 minutes recumbent bike
    30 min lower body weights
  • Wednesday:
    ran 2.5 miles (20 laps) in intervals -- 1 lap fast, 1 lap slow
    will be walking home, 1.5 miles
