Saturday Check-in Group

  • Hey guys,
    I'm relatively new to this group. Joined last year but haven't really done anything on it since. Anyways, I've been weighing myself on Saturday mornings (first thing before I eat or drink anything) as well as measuring myself (bust, waist, hips, thighs, calves and biceps/arms). Saturday is easy because I don't have work or school to worry about in the morning. It also makes me look forward to the weekend even more because I don't let myself get on the scale or measure myself the rest of the week.

    Basically, I was wondering if anyone else wanted to do this check-in plan with me. I know it is more exciting and motivating to lose the weight when I can share my achievements with other people.

    Just reply here if you are interested and we'll start tomorrow morning.

  • Hi! I am new here and I would love to do saturday weigh in with you! I can't have a scale at my house....so I go to my recreation center to weigh. I'm gonna try to go tomorrow morning before I have to be at school (at 10am). I've been running a mile a day this week and my calories have been between 1300-1700 each day so I'm reallllllly hoping the scale will move!
