They have a low carb version of A-1 I have seen at the stores. Not sure if it's any better than regular in terms of calories or if it tastes decent but I love the Carbwell BBQ sauce.

Let us know if it's any good :) BF hates A-1 (says the steak must not be any good if you have to cover it up!) but I love it.

woowoo--down another 2.5 pounds at my official TOPS weigh-in last night :D Today through Sunday are my 3 off-plan days, so I can eat whatever I want. I lost 10.5 pounds in 2 weeks doing the new diet, so if it calls for 3 days off, then 3 days off it is! After all, it certainly hasn't failed me so far! :)
