Feeling good!
Despite the fact that I did not make my 4th of July goal this week. I was staying at my moms house, and was doing pretty good this past weekend, but didn't do so great on Sunday and Monday. But I still ate less than what I would have, had I not been doing WW. I had thought I'd gain a TON, but only gained .2 pounds, and was 262.6 when I did my weigh in on Monday. I had wanted to be at 260, for a 10 lb loss since end of may/beginning of June.
Anyway, today, I weighed myself (even though its not my weigh in day) and I am down to 260.8 :) :D I wont move my ticker though, until my official weigh in day this week. I've been doing really good since I came home, and have been getting up and exercising in the morning, and its gotten sooooo much easier! :) Today, I just feel really good! ~Liz |
yeah, that is great. I am trying to get back on the band wagon after beating my self up for not losing. I did well over the holiday though and I am busting my butt this week so that I'll see a loss. Its really hard for me to get my motivation back but I'm trying. Its good to see others doing it.
