I'm 22, 5'5, and about 290 now. I used to count calories, and was eating between 1300-1500 a day. I think that was not enough, for my weight loss was veeeeeery slow, and I often didn't lose at all for the week. Now thatI amon a new diet, I don't count my calories because this plan doesn't make me. However, I still plug all of my food into fitday.com, and I am amazed at how many calories I am taking in, yet still losing weight--I now normally take in between 1800-2200 a day and haven't really increased my exercise at all. Some days, I even have like 2600+ calories But as long as it works, I will not argue with the scale

I'm 5'2 and I eat around 1200-1300 calories a day, but I've been plateau-ing for about a week now, so I think I'll fiddle around with that number. I have increased my exercise from about 40-50 minutes a day to 70-80 minutes, so I probably need to up my caloric intake a bit.
