Sunday-43 minutes bike (had to stop because my sugar felt low which is silly since I've gone over my cals today). Oh well, I'll make up for it tomorrow.
4 mile run - again 10 then 11, 11, 11 - urg! (was trying for all 10 - since i know i can do a 9, or have before - just need to work up to it again I guess.)
