Monday, 65 min ellyptical, 15 min arms, stretches
Tuesday, 60 min treadmill, 4.5 miles, stretches. I'm trying to do the couch to 5 k thing so I'm alternating jogging and walking on the dreadmill. |

Am I right to join in with this?
Monday - no exercise Tuesday - half an hour of cardio (20 on treadmill and 10 on elliptical) and half an hour of weights) Wedneday - half an hour of pitching (softball) and an hour at the gym |
